This position is responsible for the Assembly level final inspection per IPC-A-610 and other industry specifications.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Follow all short sheets, standard operating procedures and Amphenol’s company safety regulations.

·         Assembly level inspection per IPC-A-610 and other industry specifications.

·         Inspection to customer documentation.

·         Documentation requirements and understanding for department.

·         Ability to work in multiple departments based on workload.

·         This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends.

·         Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements:

·         High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         PCB experience a plus.

·         Certified in Geometric dimensioning and Tolerance a plus. (GD&T)

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multitasking skills, detail-oriented and flexibility.

·         Ability to work standing for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 25 lbs. safely.      

·         Past participation on QIT’s or leading teams, a plus.

·         Certified IPC Specialist preferred.

·         Basic Computer experience - Microsoft Office-Outlook/Word/Excel.
